What was the highlight of Hotel Nautilus Lanzarote
Wonderful
Unfortunately my husband had to be admitted to hospital. The staff were kindness itself and Marina the manager moved us to accommodation better suited to my husbands needs.We really appreciated this this as the original accommodation, though excellent in itself was accessed by steps. We managed to enjoy the few days that were left.
The accommodation and site were extremely well kept and comfortable. The apartments cost a little more but were worth it. There is nothing to complain about

I would definitely go back to nautilus. But the check in staff need to remind guests there is a charge for air condition
The property was absolutely gorgeous and comfortable
We were not informed at check in there was no air conditioning. Found out after an uncomfortable night that you could purchase the remote control for the air conditioning if this had been explained at check in we would have purchased air conditioning. That is why my review is not 10 out of 10

The accessibility for disabled, beautiful grounds displaying all types of art, comfortable well equipped bungalows.
